    Have you replaced the tranny or oil pump yet?

    no. the dealership (rick case) hasnt recommend any of these needs to be done >...

    You don't need to replace the tranny. I have no idea what that guy is talking about. Unless it is grinding, no tranny repair would be necessary.

    Now, you should have gotten the 120k service done, at or before 120k. That includes..
    Timing belt
    Timing belt tensioner
    Water Pump
    Oil Pump
    Plus some other stuff, but that is the main components that should be replaced at 60 and 120k.

    Just wonderin cause ive known three different 3GT owners who've had the tranny die between 115-130.

    i never had a problem with my tranny at like almost 150k miles. so did u have all that done for 120k miles yes or not?
