    Not a bad price...

    Has the car ever been in a wreck?

    Nada value is right at your price for loans. New tires are a plus. The miles are high, but considering that the car was probably purchased in 1999 the mileage is about right for a daily driver. Averages out to about 14,285 miles a year. This would be a decent buy.
