Default 86 Rx7 base model SHELL, huntsville, AL

    Make: 86 Rx7 auto
Model: Base model, auto, 4lug, manual windows and mirrors
    Miles:176091

    The good:
its a base model car, just about the lightest you can get, about 2600lbs. the body is in EXCELENT conditon, just a few dings from opening doors. The interior is in good condition, the drivers seat has been sewed up along the bolster. Very little rust, only along a door seal that lost its paint.

    The BAD:
Fading paint, and IT HAS HAD AN ENGINE FIRE, MOST WIRES HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND WE GOT THE ENGINE RUNNING AND EVERYTHING WORKS(i dont know about the spedo, because we havn't drove it because we couldn't bleed the brakes) its a base model, and is a shell, No engine, but can include the tranny if you desire it. It has a "supra style" wing with a 3rd LED brake light, it has holes from the bolts in the body. Some interrior pieces are missing, the guage cluster surround is sprayed blue. the right front caliper bleeder has been broken off, im sure there is a caliper in a junk yard near you. the paint on the hood has been heated, and rust a primer was sprayed over the oxidizing metal exposed from the heat of the fire. the exhaust isn't the best, its a catback Monza.

This car would make a good v8 swap, VG swap, there are alot of swaps out there check out www.grannysspeedshop.com for some swap kits.

PM me for any other questions and vin, i check this forum at least 3 times a day.

the car has a clear title and i am asking $400 w/o motor

Free bump for another rotary guy.

Was the fire caused by the fuel pulsation dampener?

    BUMP!

i saw interest in something similar to this.

THIS CAR DOES RUN! so the wiring is no issue, we all ready solved it. but it will not come with the engine unless you make a good offer to take it

THE ONLY reason this car isn't driving around is because the front right bleeder screw broke off and im not driving it anywhere without bleeding them, we got the other 3 bled though.

I will consider trades, and the price has a little wiggle room
