built ls/vtec ef hatch project or parts car fs/ft

ok im selling my ef hatch which has a ls vtec with a built bottom end. this car was going to be my race car but im moving out so i need the cash. THE CAR HAS NO TITLE!!!
all the motor needs to run is a head gasket, cams, cam gears and the cam caps/retainers vtec sil... everything else is ready to go.
the body is in pretty good shape except for the side moldings and the front bumper
Interior. there is no interior except a dash that hasnt been installed

mods: b18b1 bottom end
high compression pistons not factory honda pistons not sure what compression.
not sure what rods and crank but its a pretty fresh rebuild for sure
the block has been decked
head has been shaved
b16 pr3 head and valve train
b16 intake and exhaust man and b16 tb
jdm b16 ecu
s1 jdm b16 tranny
aftermarket mounts and bushings
shift linkage w gsr shifter
integra front brakes with drilled rotors
lowered on tokico blues and springs
full 2 1/2 in exhaust
aftermarket steering wheel and hub
probly forgot some things!!
asking 1000obo need gone asap or will trade for running ef or eg
