FS: 04 yamaha r1 *custom serial killer*

i'm listing a custom yamaha r1 up for sale, for my uncle. the bike has only 1500 miles on it, and everything was custom chromed/painted at a shop up in new york. the theme of the bike is serial killer as you can see from the pics...the color is cranberry with gold flakes all over (the spots that look like water). there's only one small spec of damage on the left side of the tail. the bike rubbed the wall while it was being taken in the house about a week ago. as far as the price goes, he's looking to get somewhere around $12k OBO for it. the custom paint/chroming cost roughly $4k. the helmet was also custom painted with the same paint scheme and crime scene tape wrapped around and "high profile" above visor.
