    here it is my project car is up for sale...


    1970 cutlass
    455 rocket motor(rebuilt)
    t400 tranny(rebuilt)
    hooker long tube equal lengths
    real THRUSH glass packs hence the sticker....(I have the tattoo on me)
    new radiator
    converted to hei
    body is solid needs 2 patch panels in the rear quaters if you want to fix them right.
    needs floor pans
    dash pad is uncracked
    trunk is solid
    all glass is intact
    have freshly chromed 442 front and rear bumpers
    uncut dash(has an old post style tape deck in it)
    the car is for the most part assembled but I have been working on it when I have time for the past couple of year I have receipts for almost everything...
    the only reason I am selling it is to fix my ac in my house....
    I have driven the car many times but I bought it for my son, to work on with him as he grows up, I dont want to sell it the car is amazingly solid for being 36 yrs old....


    anyway ask any questions..

    what heads are on it? are they C castings? also do you have a shot of the whole car.

    yeah I used to drive it then I rebuilt the motor and tranny drove it some more then GAS SOARED and then I thought to my self hey I will work on it now..... and this is where it is...

    but yes the motor has been run.
    I drained all fluids and put a protector in the block to keep it lubed up..

    the top of the motor looks so bad because the storm a few weeks back blew the cover off.. the motor is blocked off though as you can see in the pic.. the dizzy is covered seperate though..

    do you have the fenders for it? and does the motor have a stock cam? im a 455 olds guy,ive got 2 in my garage engines that is.

    I ahve EVERYTHING for the car fenders 2 hoods all the nose piecese factory and aftermarket ex.. all chrome badging... even the little metal piece that goes on the nose with the emblem...

    you name it I have it and sometimes 2 of them.....

    like 2 front bumpers

    I had/have plans for this car but my finances must make me sell it....

    so you bascially have all the parts to make it a whole car? i would love to see more pics of this car when you get them. and are you running a stock cam?

    yes I am running the stock cam. I order it from year one when we did the rebuild.. I hae stock bore pistons, stock grind cam. I just wanted to have a reliable car that I could drive anywhere then when my son got older I would build up the motor to its full potential..

    id give you 1000 cash....no more..... that car needs a HELL of a lot of work and money till its back to good condition..... how much just for the car? ive got my own 455/ turbo 400

    if I kept the motor and tranny $1000.

    the lowest I would go would be $1200 with motor and tranny.
    but if I can get money some other way to fix the ac in the house I am going to keep it.

    wow... wish i could take this on. Ive got a 1970 442, with original 60k miles on it. And completely re-upholstered interior and re-done factory paint. Id love to have another... but no time to work on it.

    i am very interested please call me at 7708159530. I would love to have it and have cash in hand. I grew up in a 75 442, like i said i have cash in hand and Im certified hvac if you want to work something out with me fixing your ac, just call me and let me know something.
