Trade or Sell (Testing waters) 97 Ex Coupe

I have a 97 Honda Civic Ex, automatic. (90-100,000+ miles) I would REALLY like to trade this for a 96+ hatchback or maybe 95is, depending on what it looked like, but im basically trying to see what i could get for this car, but i am mainly hoping for a hatch. Please someone reply with something and maybe ill consider actually letting it go.

New hood pins

Oil pressure and battery guages

front and rear sway bars

Black housing heads with hyperwhite bulbs

Two 10 inch Ample Audio Subs with 640 watt amp
(dunno if that will stay if anyone actually wants this car though)
Racing petals
Cf wrapped shift knob
New trunk and rear quarter
New back and side window
Mostly new paint on rear section
exhaust

Bad:
Stupid gt grant steering wheel that was already on the car, but i have another steering wheel that just needs screws.
Couple small scratches
Very small dent on hood
No ac or cruise control
Gause guage and temperature guage dont work
Passenger door lock needs to be matched with drivers side

Dont mean to repeat myself so much but like i said, i really want a 96 hatch, stock is fine, black steelies, would love something with rims, but not picky. If someone wants to buy, make an offer, not sure how much i would sell it for but i cant really afford to not have a car for any period of time, i go to the art institute of atlanta and work, but im broke as hell, and its my only transportation.
