m3 for sale 8k

well its not quite an m3, but it might as well be.
it is a 1994 black 325is, with 96k miles.
has a s52 (1996 M3) engine.
complete subframe with brakes and suspension from a 1995 m3
wheels from a 1995 m3 with almost brand new tires
a complete dove grey interior with sport seats from a 1995 m3
it has the steering wheel. gauge cluster. side moldings. differential, driveshaft, transmission. everything is from an m3 except the chassis, and bumpers. that was next on my list, but never got around to it.
car runs on 5 cylinders, first cylinder has 0 compression
