I wouldn't mind trading for an ef(hatch, crx, or even sedan). I will consider other trades as well. Would really like to have a mini truck. Just something that has the potential to turn into a fun project but it still drivable at the moment. It doesn't bother me if it needs mechanical work as long as it isn't severe. I just need a clean body and hopefully a somewhat clean interior. Or I will sell out right if someone wants it.

Price is obo, so you can make offers. Just making this clear because I am about to leave soon and want be back until sunday.

the forks on the 'tuna are not inverted. they are standard style forks. late model gsxr's and most other SS bikes now have inverted forks.

Thanks for the bumps guys. I have been gone and now I am back so I can answer questions. It actually runs a low 12 second 1/4 mile according to other owners of this bike. As far as how low i will go, just make an offer and we can go from there.

I don't quite understand either. I know the riding position is a lot more comfortable than a supersport bike. It is still fast though. Maybe not as fast as a cbr, r6, and other 600s. But for the year and price, it is plenty. Actually, I could regear and keep up with one of the above bikes through the first 3 gears. After that of course they pull off, but it isn't that bad.

take a pic of the forks...and compair them to ones on a gsxr.

Makes sense, but you are right; it is a great beginners bike. Or for someone who would just like one to ride on the weekends.

I am not sure which way is considered inverted or regular. I just need cash to get my license back.

Thanks bro, I fixed the bike tonight. So the carbs are back in. It runs perfect. I rode around my neighborhood for about 45 minutes. I really don't want to let it go now. Lol. But I do need the money.

The sync only took me about 2 hours. That was the hardest part because it was my first time. I used a homemade tool. It worked really good though, I found the instructions on google.

As for getting the hose on, this Kat is really easy to do it on, the little nipples you use are right on top of the carbs. The newer kats, I hear, are harder though. I siynced 1 to 2, then 3 to 4, then the 1/2 to 3/4.

Ahmonrah, I preciate it. So what happened to the truck?
