This car has been nicely modified and is ready to rock. This car has a core of upgrades including, a T.R.E. built transmission by www.teamrip.com. This was a $2200 upgrade. It shifts MUCH MUCH better than stock. Stock transmissions dont want to shift into second gear at high rpms.. even when brand new. A sturdy A.C.T. clutch was added. The pedal pressure is just slightly stiffer than stock. This clutch has NEVER acted like it wanted to slip from too much power and I feel was a great choice for this car. A Buscher 440 Turbo kit was added. This kit comes with a 20g turbo, that DOES NOT lose boost in the hi rpms like the the stock turbo did. This car pulls harder and harder in every gear. This car has a M.R. limited slip front differential. This is MUCH better than the open diffs that came in the stock 2003 and 2004 evo's. This car has the adjustable HID headlamps that were not standard in 2005. This car doesnt have a sunroof. Thsi car has the cloth Recaro seats. This car has ABS brakes, unlike the latter RS models. Don't buy an Evo with out anti lock brakes. I have driven one, and it locks the tires up under braking very easily. This car has been well maintained and driven on the street only, occasionally. This car has never been autocrossed or road raced, so the brakes are in excellent shape. This car HAS been to the drag strip several times. This car ran a best of 11.92 @ 122 with a terrible 2.02 60 foot time. The car was launched carefully and gentally not wanting to hurt it. This car now has launch control with the UTEC engine management system, and launches much better and very easy. I expect a 1.6-1.7 60 foot times, to be very easy since the launch control. This should lead to mid 11 second times.

Its in very solid mechanical condition and ready to go. This car is located about 45 minutes out of Atlanta , Ga. Email me and I will swap phone numbers with you if you want to know more about it, see it, or drive it.

check out the parts list and please email me with any questions.

    thanks!
