    Default 1992 eg6 h22 swap where do I go to have it pass emissions!

    Hey I'm just trying to get the emissions done on my car so I can get a license plate BUT I'm not able to take it anywhere the one place who did actually run it said it was shaking too much(has port motor mounts) and the other place as soon as I told them it had a engine swap said I had to take it to the EPA down past the airport!

    Help me out please!
