testing waters: 95 240sx se for sale/trade
I've not convinced myself I will part with my S14, but there seems to be a growing demand for these cars, so let's see....
The car is a 5spd, 95 model (no hicas or lsd). It runs and drives fine. It has different colored fenders and hood (taken from donor car), so it needs to be painted. The windhield has a crack, so it needs to be replaced. The driver's side window doesn't work (it's in the full up position), and I'm not sure about the exact mileage of the car since it came with 2 instrument clusters, but the highest one reads 177,000. The body has maybe one major dent, and the interior is good.
I accuired the car about 2 years ago (It has a clean title in my name), and it has been sitting ever since, I do start and drive it when I go home to visit though. Now...since the car isn't pristine, I have some other goodies to sweeten the deal, and make someone salivate. I also have to go along with the car;
Greddy V-spec FMIC (S14 chassis; S14 sr20det specific)
small battery to be used up front with fmic piping
Apexi power FC (just the ecu, no controller) for 95-97 sr20det
NOS N2O kit (made for z32 300zx, but will work on any efi car...kit just has a "T" and 2 nossles; 300zx has dual throttle bodies)
Pulsar GTi-r T28 turbo with turbo extension (O2 housing)
So, for you sr swappers, there are three of the bigger $$$ items that you will want anyways....n2o is for power junkies like myself.
Now, I'm just gauging interest in this stuff, but I WILL NOT PART OUT THE CAR OR SELL ANYTHING INDIVIDUALLY this comes as a package deal. I'm looking for interesting trades, but money talks.
Just FYO, I own an S13 coupe with an sr, so offering me another one might not be so interesting to me.
What I am looking for; z32 300zx, 92 and newer MR2, 750cc or larger sportbike, something turbocharged :biggrin:
