Default 92 celica rear brake issue :-/

I've been workin on my cousin's celica, I was bleeding the brakes and came to the last one on the rear driver side. I keep getting A small burst of air when the brake is initially pressed but then a constant fluid flow as the brake pedal goes down. I was told to keep going until all air is out, but I've already bleed all the old fluid and new fluid is starting to come thru. And I still don't feel any resistance when I apply the brake. The brakes are drum and I'm not sure if it would be caliper issue or faulty brake lines. If anybody have any suggestion I'll appreciate it
