Default ported and polished 4ag head, real deal. wont find one better.

need this thing gone like yesterday, price negotiable. the sooner the cheaper. text me 706-669-6578.

selling a head i had prepped earlier this year. all work performed by a professional. flowbenched at 25" and shows massive increase in upper velocities, and even a slight increase in low velocities.

    specs:

    INTAKE SIDE-

    -bigport
    -bowls blended
-intake ports extruded and finished in 80 grit
-throats opened, bladded, and moved back , while maintaing the forward most throat before the port floor drops
-port floors dropped, radiused and smoothed over
    -port cieling radiused
-port channels cut around valve guides
-gasket surface untouched, awaiting your gasket match
-injector ports smoothed, and ramped for better atomization, less port drag to slow velocities

    EXHAUST SIDE-

-port floor and port ceilings elongated
    -bowls blended
-port floor extruded, radiused, and smoothed
-port cieling extruded, radiused and smoothed
    -throats moved towards combustion chambers
    -mirror polished
-gasket surface of port is matched to port and opened 2.7mm
-valve guides cut down and matched to port cieling

    COMBUSTION CHAMBERS/ MATING SURFACE

    -milled .067" [max allowable]
    -water ports tear dropped
    -valve shrouds removed
    -chambers mirror polished
    -squish area reduction
-valve seats blended to chamber surface
-combustion chamber are 27cc down from stock 36cc

    VALVES-

    -stock 4ag valves, all polished.
-intake valves have 20 degree back cut on 2nd angle shoulder
    -5 angle valvejob on exhaust
-3 angle valve job on intake

Does not include springs, retainers, or top hats. I will include traditional shim over buckets and an array of shims, already measured and marked. (about 35 of them) these are items setup to user specifics. head is capable of handling TRD 310 degree, 10.5mm cam and is friendly as low as a 256 degree 7.9mm. this head was done in accordance to the best of both N2 and group A specs, plus other flow improvements.

Im also including a BNIB TRD .8mm MLS head gasket.

This head and HG combo will raise the compression of your stock 3 rib 4ag to around 11:1 and 11.7:-12:1 on your 7 rib 4ag.

    flow bench numbers-

    .050 - 47.1cc
    .100 - 82.7
    .150 - 132.6
    .200 - 172.7
    .250 - 191.2
    .300 - 200.3
    .350 - 211.0
    .400 - 227.6
    .450 - 246.7

possibly trade for a set operational 1st gen 1uzfe heads, plus a little cash on top. (c'mon the 1uzfe is a $300 engine all day) other than that, $450 is decently firm, but will consider offers that are resonable.

4age bigport worked head, competition ready!!
