1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo
124,000 miles on chassis
Price $12,500
Hey Everyone, I'm putting my mr2 back up for sale. I cleaned up a few things and fixed the headlight cover that everyone pointed it, and now the car looks great. Still runs and drives great and is as fast as ever. I also made a small video of me running 1-3rd gear on low and high boost, and will post that up as soon as I figure out how. I have also lowered the price to 12.5k, Which is much lower than I was asking before. Please pm or e-mail me at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Quick background on the car
I have owned it for 7 years and it has always been meticulously cared for. This car has never been on a race track, always had perfect maintained, and has been built with the best parts. Everything has been upgraded and the car needs nothing. It stops, goes, and turns like nothing I have ever been in and I love it to death. The only reason I'm selling it is because I don't have the time or money to properly care for it anymore since I have returned to college. The car runs great, needs nothing, and just got an ignition tune up and oil change. Low boost made 370whp @16 psi and high boost made 470whp @26 psi on the FP HTA3076 on 93 pump gas.
GOOD
Reliable high hp mr2 that was built with only the best parts and runs on pump gas, no searching for e85 stations or carrying extra race fuel.
relatively stock looking body, total sleeper. No one expects when I turn it to high boost and blow past them.
Factory Manual steering rack, gives exceptional road feel and the car is so light the steering is light even in parking lots
All service items were changed with recent head rebuild so no major service is needed for the car until another 60k miles. Seriously, just change oil and do tune ups.
EVERYTHING WORKS!
BAD
No AC(intercooler is too big and the compressor won't fit, if you moved to a trunk mount intercooler you could reattach the AC)
A few interior bit are cracked like the shifter surround(but super easy to replace)
scrape on rear bumper
Driver seat is a bit torn from getting in and out of a low car
Wiring in driver side door is getting water in it and making the windows not work for a few seconds. This is a common problem with the 91 cars, wiring just needs to be rewrapped inside the door.
Now for the parts list
