justwongit:I got rid of the AFCNEO because AFC's can be dangerous to use with an MR2 because of its mechanical and electronic ignition system. AFC's can only safely be used to add fuel. The electronic boost controller didn't work and the exhaust was fugly.

I've gotten a few emails asking to elaborate on the transmission. It functions normally as a brand new transmission does except it makes a slight ticking noise. In other words, if you were deaf (no offense to those who are), you would know anything was suspect with it.
The car IS driveable, like I said, it works fine but makes a noise that can not be further inspected without taking the transmission out.

I can try and get an engine bay picture this weekend.

yep, its already been traded by me and sold by that owner but it was fun while i had it.

its very possible. It does sound like it could be a bearing as all of the mechanicals physically work without a hitch.

... no it doesn't. It looks used, as that is what it is. Yes I could have cleaned up the little bit on the floor boards but I was in a hurry. I don't currently live where the car is.

Thats a nice car and a great price for it. Should sell if folks don't throw you balls lower than an 80 year olds.

well my truck that I dd instead of the MR2 was totaled on wednesday so I am now keeping the mr2 and using the insurance money to fix it.
