    The 3.0 or as some call it the 3.slow are pretty good torquey engines. If you have something to pull around 5,000lbs you might be getting close to its limit. Not to say it cant do it but you may have some issues of controlling the weight and getting up to speed when its needed. The only other thing with the 3vzfe is that its prone to blow head gaskets once the mileage gets up there. The block is iron and the head is aluminum which will lead to different amounts of expansion under heat. But other than that its a solid engine.
