    my old car!!
    how do you think RUT & I got the front end put together on that car??

    btw: That is not a B&M short shifter...it was cut & tapped...& If I recall, unless you changed the header, it's not BRD...

    btw: did you pull the frame on the front P/S corner? I know it's tweaked a little...

    the shifter was changed along with the headers, and the frame is fine.

    btw the car does NOT need to pass emissions...(good for a crazy swap)

    and you do NOT need a title to get tags on this car due to the age of the car and what not

    oh and an IA member ran the vin # on carfax and came out clean. ill post the carfax in a minute

    As a former owner, JOe is 100% correct... if anyone, and I think you did when you bought it, checks the old threads about the car you'll see the frame is tweaked on the front passenger side....you may be able to align the car for a short amount of time, but that frame definitely needed to be pulled a little...

    And that's the shifter my friend made at the machine shop at Road Atlanta when he worked there.

    Not a big deal, just clarifying....I'd buy it back if I had the room for it.

    Car also has AC originally which was a pricy option back then...could easily be ramped back up I'm sure

    nobody was telling him that he was wrong. when i took the car to my friends shop down in grayson they checked the entire car. the frame is fine now however they did pull it and it wasnt much at all.


    also that was my dads old shifter that he had in his older corolla. the shift knob is the same due to the fact that i didnt have another shift knob to put on it, also not a big deal just clarifying.

    and yes the car has a/c and all that good stuff. the ac is not working right now but im sure that with a few parts itll be up and running in no time. if i keep the car longer thatll be a nother thing i change soon.


    ha RUT this car is tiny itll fit anywhere....BUY IT BACK

    i can vouch for the new brakework. i know the guy you bought it from, and its lookin much better than it used to. a lot of time and effort has already been put into this car. just needs paint. bump for a clean corolla.
