Need a simple tune/flash

Sup Topspeed! I been trying to reach you guys through email but no replies lately. I need a quote on a tune or flash, whichever is most suitable since my cars running like crap right now. I think the problem is the cone filter I added recently. Please hook me up with some numbers and i'll give you guys a call asap. Towings gonna cost too much from here to there; no option but to driver there. Clutch pedal hasn't been adjusted yet; Should I go ahead and try and adjust it or leave it up to you guys? Thanks alot.
