Clutch Labor and Advice

Hi, I am in need of a new clutch for my 03 evoVIII. What do you recommend and how much do shops locally around you charge for labor? So far I've been trying to find a good recommended clutch. I've heard good things about the exedy 4puck stage 2. I'm not planning on being too serious on my evo; just light mods. Ultimate goal is to run mid 12s or low 12s in the long run. But for right now I just need a replacement clutch that will last with the future mods to come. Local shops and labor costs is what i'd like to know is. Dealerships charge over 1k. Thanks
