6k is a good spot on slicks. It's better than bogging. If you get them to spin a LITTLE then it will take initial shock off the axles. Or if you slip the clutch, once it starts moving, then dump it, your axles will be fine because it won't put the initial shock on them. Most of the time wheel hop is what really messes up axles.

well I have a stage 4 clutch so slipping is difficult. and yea, I need to work on my preloading... and need wider street tires to run... 215's are too narrow... even on low boost (14lbs) I spin like crazy in 1st-3rd gear

yea thats what I was thinking, I don't get too much wheel hop... they just spin lol I need traction bars though

dude, i hope when you go to the track, you dont take out ALL your seats i still need to get a ride in that boost monster at a time when it can be FULLY unleashed :boobies: lol, aka on the track

?? What time I just don't trust my car ATM and it my only daily so I'm takn it easy gs... Before I was hit I was at 3. I was pulling hatchs :-) lol so 10 maybe I have nice injectors but their not aftermarket and idk if I'll be able to handle it with the stock mounts on ATM...
