Default Test Shots with the boss' camera

These are unedited currently. I'll do some touching up a little later.

Upon looking at these photos, I see the lens need to be cleaned as there is a consistant smudge at the top left. However, these are, as I said, unedited and I can remove that smudge more than likely. I will make sure to wipe the lens down.

There were more but I haven't uploaded them. Like I said, these were merely test shots anyway.

I also played around with it when I got home and figured some more things out like extended exposure (for those cool night shots next to a highway), figured out how to take rapid fire pics (best for moving shots so you have options), and I think I figured something else out on the way home that should assist with focusing. What I mean by that last comment is there is an option where you can change the focal point (I believe that's what is it) and would make the shots I took less fuzzy in the rear section of the car. In either case, the camera is a Canon EOS Rebel XT 8mp.

Like I said, I think I can make the pics even better but not sure. We'll just make sure to take a lot of pics so there are many to choose from

Dude. I love Winder. I just pulled up. Snapped some photos, and off I went. No hassle.

I'm about to go somewhere's and play some more with the camera before I have to turn it back in. I am thinking that one of the main issues later on in the night shots was that it was turned back onto full manual mode. That's why I couldn't get it to focus correctly and probably the reason why the "rolling shots," the "big half circle group shot," and amongst others didn't turn out exactly as planned.

One of the main issues for me is that shooting in the day is much easier as the light is endless and the camera is able to focus better. At night, lighting needs to be exact or you have to start knowing what you're doing. Until I am able to purchase a good camera, I don't have the time to learn on one that isn't mine all the time.

So I'll update this thread in a little while when I decide to leave my hizzy for snaps. (gotta do some online studying for my CCNA Certification before I go have fun though)

Here are some more test shots with that camera from Saturday. I just feel like daytime shots are easier... I dunno...

Don't know if I like this last one but meh... whatever.

Out of the second batch... 1,4, and 5 are my favs. I think 5 being my ultimate favorite cause it shows off the club name very well as it's also got the blurry background effect like I was intentionally trying to show off the name. Purely accidental.

Might I also add I had cops, guys on bicycles, and passerby's from the local church letting out staring at me. The guy on the bike asked me for a ride. I said, "Sorry dude, but it ain't that fast, it just looks pretty." He laughed and went on.
