Default 350Z: Powerlab GT35R - Pump Gas Dyno Tune

I know we have some Nissan heads in the forums as well so I thought we'd share this setup.

This 350Z belongs to Daniel of Greer, SC. He came to us for some upgrades and a UTEC tune.

    Stock internals
    LSD
    Comp Clutch Stage 4
    Lightened Flywheel
    Motordyne 5/16 spacer
    Powerlab GT35R Turbo Kit
    UTEC
    Pump 93 octane
Fluctuating Between 5.1-5.7psi on a 5 pound spring.

Pic as was taken at our previous smaller shop.

Regarding the throttle plate closing up top; There are a couple of options around $400. They are a tps modifier device offered by blitz and buddy club. The problem is that they make the vehicle a lot less predictable and glitchy at partial throttle conditions from what users report.

Another option would be a stand alone ECU like AEM EMS or if you have the money to spend, then Haltech, Motec, Hydra or Autronics which can control drive by wire.

It basically depends on the customers needs and size of the wallet wether it's an issue worth addressing or not.
