Yeah from a roll, had at least an exhaust from what I can tell (windows were up). Started from a 75 roll, stayed right with each other until 110ish and I pulled about 1 car.

correction, yes you do drive like shit all the time. I ran the cougar that night and he barely beat me and i bogged the launch. I would have to say chad gets all nervous, palms sweat and then his hand flings off the shifter and he uses an excuse. If he'd relax when racing he would do better.

i have retired my car from racing and currently workin on the rb22det...i cannot afford to break something in my while racing because if it breaks im shit out of luck. so you must do what you are going to do with your srt and in 2 years we will race again. i give you 2 years to learn and beaf up your car.
i've been to the track 3 times.
1- commerace- never raced at a drag strip...stock car...ran 14.3
2- import showndown-stock car-14.1 three times
3-commerace- drove like shit.

Are these runs from a dig or a roll? If a roll, my money is on the srt, as there is little in the way of driver error (even if he sucks at driving). From a dig...if and only if he sucks at driving do I give the WRX a chance. Are the other cars stock....they don't seem like they have a chance?
I already know I'm going to lose it, but it's all in the fun. Unless some miracle and shit driving comes into play for the other car. Granted, I've seen a few stock S2000's break high 13's in the 1/4. So it's all up the drivers.

As SilverJester said, if it's from a roll, you guys are going to have a hard time beating him.
From a roll:
(1) SRT-4
(2) WRX or S2000
(3) RX-8
From a dig:
(1) SRT-4 or WRX
(2) And then it doesn't matter because neither cars are straightline cars.
Again, there's always room for driver error.

Stock turbo Subarus are pigs up top. The turbo runs out breath fast.
Again, I'm not trying to take away from anyone's driving abilities, but my assumptions are solely based off the cars performance abilities.
Why would anyone want to bet money if they're not going to win any money in return?
Yeah I can agree to that, the STOCK 04's and 05's wrxs also have an ongoing problem with open loop/closed loop delay where they run 14.7 AFRS at full boost too
But yeah, most of those problems went away for me after my Stage II .
Either way, we all could go back and forth about what car is faster on paper or we can jerk it all day to specs. It all comes down to next Saturday night.
If you're so confident that the SRT-4 in this case is going to be the winner, you have nothing to lose. Which is my point. You get your money back, and you can say I told you so
I'd rather say 'I told you so' with an extra $20 in my pocket. =P
Again, it all comes down to more than just the cars, which is why I said, based on cars only, why I think the SRT-4 will win.
