This, comming from a guy who thinks a Supra is 4cyl.....
1) Only seen TWO 4cyl Supras.... the Castrol Supra and The Topsecret one.
2) Stock for stock - TT Supra > Mustang GT and Mach 1 , Plus, the majority of Supras are NOT stock.... so "most mustangs are faster than most supras" ... blah!!! Hook me up with that good shit youre smoking man!!!

The Supra driver was very poor in my opinion.... missing gears and spinning tires.... but you get the picture as to how he reeled him in HARD in 1 and 3 and WALKED AWAY from him in race #2 ..... ill try to find a better example....

not bad but none of those cars the supras were racing really impressed me. If that TT car (the video doesn't seem to be working..???) is the one with the greenish Sn95 incon car its only running like 8 psi of boost. Did the 351 stang have a turbo on it?

Val, ill race from a dig, im not scared. I know how to launch my car somewhat.... but im going to have to relearn with the new turbo setup.
As far as NOBODY measuring speed from a roll, that is TOTALLY FALSE.... i know a lot of people who care what their 80-120 times and 80-140 times are. I believe that Motor Trend and what not measure highway accelleration on their road tests.
So quit it with the typical Evo owner's conecption that: "Everything starts from ZERO" ......

I'm down for anything. I just prefer 40, 60, or 80mph rolls... (you can obviously see why) you prefer digs, because you know your car's strengths as well.... so we'll have to do a few of each
Well, Dragonfly, you have to think, all cars have their strengths and weaknesses. Wouldn't it be fair, and logical, for both cars to race on each other's preferred strip?
It should be fun seeing them both run at the drag strip, but how often do you line up with someone from a dig nowadays? More often than not, you'll run up on another car from a roll.
If Mogallo wanted a drag beast, he could've done it with much less money than he put into his Supra. At the end of the day, he's still got a badass car despite it running less than superb at the track because he built a car suited to his needs. It's all in fun, and whatever race it is, I'm sure we'll all have fun running each other this summer.
But in all fairness, Windsor said his car was built for highway pulls as well as from a dig, so I don't understand why there'd be any objection to a few highway pulls on his part.
