HA HA.. I'm now only a few tenth's away from being in the single digit club.. (yes the 1/4 mile) Thought I'd let some folks know.. I'm proud of myself.. I'd like to say thanks to Cartek for your wonderful heads and QA1 for making good shit.... And to the other people that took part in this.. The gears are going in this friday.. Should have some good results..

The car weighs 3300 pounds (almost gutted with me in it.).. ls1+big cam+best heads money can buy+ Big nitrous+4000 nitrous stall converter+QA1 coilovers+tuned.. and i'm not telling how much nitrous i'm running.. just know that it's alot..

And if you need proof.. have people line some money up and we'll go to SD..

Congrats crafty! I don't doubt you are close to 9's, but a video would be cool. That is a pretty big achievement in such a short time.

If I'm not working out of state and you want your runs taped, shoot me a PM. I would like to put together a video if your down. I'm trying to work on my video editing skills every chance I get.

Man, I'd love that.. I have a video of me making a 12.3 run and 11.6 run and a 11.19 run.. I don't have anyway to put them on the computer.. but i'll let you handle that.. I hook you up with some $..

Now yall need to think about this.. My car has been down for around two months.. I drove it inbetween mods but i haven't raced anyone..

Im just curious as my two posts are about the trap speed cause it would have to be around 135 and you would have to be around 650 at the wheels to run around a 10.1 with the weight you said your at. but i know different drivers will show different results.

cause with that trap speed id figure you would be around 560 at the wheels

good numbers anyway

It's all good... I said i was a few tenths not one tenth and making alot more power than 375 like mike said...... I make close to mid 400s before nitrous.. No problem...

I bet he is over 700whp and just in need of a little seat time. With some practice a high 9 sec run is right around the corner.

seans 2800lb turbo ls1 rx7 runs 10.3 in the 1/4. it puts down around 600 whp. i guess you have the magic potion in your gas tank to make you run the same if not better time but weigh 500+ lbs more

I actually have to work, unlike alot of people.. But it your willing to fill both my bottles on top of that 100 i'll do it friday at jeff's shop.. with noone watching except Jeff and He can varify if it made over 600.. everyone else has to stand outside..

Ill have to agree with Crafty on this, a 600hp nitrous car is faster than a 600hp turbo car.
