I've never claimed to be a master tech. I have worked on cars, I can work on cars, BUT I CHOOSE NOT TO. Truth is I'm not very good at it. It's not a question of ability it's I just don't have the patience. I've replaced clutches trans done swaps, wiring, suspension all kinds of work kid. Just cause you think I didn't doesnt mean I can't or never did.
There were Plenty of times I stayed till 1-2am at mainstream changing out my girlfriends brakes or suspension on her type/r . My Crx I did all the work to, I just didn't build the motor and I don't see why that's such a big deal. I chose to go fast, you choose to build junk setups. To each his own.
And frankly I make more money with my brains than my hands. Accounting, IT work, business management tends to keep my hands much cleaner
I cannot do brakes on a chevy, mainly because I don't care to. But yes gimme a garage and tools I can figure it out. Brakes are brakes. Engines are engines.
Bobby just mad he's stuck in 18 ear old street racing land being a grease monkey trying to compete against stuff I did 6-7 years ago. He's jealous plain and simple. He thinks it insults me that he has this notion I can't work on cars lol I always aspired to be more in life than a Honda wrench turner. He knows I'm far more knowledgeable, smarter, intelligent thane is.
And here still years later, he's still a nobody, a nobody that pins his losing on excuses like "a leaky valve seal"
