they don't enforce it as far as I know. you have to be close to 10's for them to give you to much shit. (as far as I know)

That's how it is at commerce but if you are forced induction you have to have a flame proof jacket
ive been to commerce prob 10 times, in my whipple cobra, turbo gt, srt4, srt8 jeep, and never had to have a fire jacket or ds loop for any of them, just a helmet for all of them. they told me if i ran any faster in the cobra i had to have a cage but thats it
