no- that was referring to moderately powered (200whp+) turbo cars that weigh in under 3500lbs and make decent torque. cops get reports of street racing from a "concerned motorist" and they know there's a meet down the street of a few miles away and they're gonna come through and its just gonna snowball. The cops have left us alone for months now and we want to keep it that way.
