Im glad to know when you come back out, that I"ll be one of the people you are after. We both understand underestimation, and I am guessing you are gonna go with a SOHC motor here shortly. Its the kind of thing that makes peoples feelings get hurt.

my crx ran faster than that and that was wit 50% traction but anyway i know those motors arent nothiing to play with i actuall wish i could put one in a hatch

But your crx had everything and a kitchen sink in there..These are all stock motors :D Good luck on your build.It aint going to be easy beating your old b16 crx with your new motor :ninja:

Thanks man. Im not worried. I know im not the quickest butll im sure i can put up a good fight after today. If i dont make it today ill make it to the next one lol. Having 2 cars sucks lol. Idk if i wanna work on my riced out civic i picked up or keep puttin money in my teg. But i should have a new header,exhaust, and some weight reduction. Maybe even some spray:ninja: :crazy:

ill be able to top the rex i gurantee it better parts and more work into my new motor and better tuning will probably make around the same and alot more torque

I have some maintenence items to tighten up on, mainly to keep from grinding gears. I'm mostly ready aside from that. Hows your tranny holding up Kevin?

Grinds 2nd-5th but whats new, every tranny I use either comes to me in bad condition or ends up in bad condition. I'll see you tonight at 10:30.

Just got back, good runs & although I lost to BlackShine's ugly 4DR, best is that everything was safe & nothing broke! I lost from a dig, 40, & 60 roll (no vids) A couple fast EG(s) came out, along with my Lane with the Sentra (SR20DET).

I find it halarious that no one didn't even want to budge come out and film a run. But when those hatches ran, they were all over it. Oh well.

For the record, when me and Kevin ran, well minus the dig runs, it was very close. most of the races he only lost by 1/2 a car, a headlight at most. I couple of them he jumped but it was cool. Those were some very close races last night.

Kevin, you need to work on your digs, man :yes: I wasn't expecting to beat you that bad.

But all in all, it was fun. Good to meet some of the people there :goodjob:

Honestly I don't think videos come out very well when following cars doing the video; they don't come out very well. You didn't have but one backseat & I don't like to take passengers when I race. Our race would've been a good one on video though. As for the dig run, it might have been better if my launch control RPM wasn't so high (5500).

Launch control is for the track --- real drivers can go from the dig and pedal the car on the street. :)

Kevin is being a good sport -- but we all know in FULL race trim (gas) he'd wax that Mazda.

That comment wasnt for you..You did stated that you lost to a dirty 4door mazda,lol..There some more people that lost before an the video just happen to disappear and whouldnt admit there lost.

I saw the vids. They were very dark. I think your launch control was more for drag radials or slicks. You use chrome or hondata? I personally would've not ran the launch control. I'm not gonna lie, you had me nervous for a second when I heard the 2 step, lol.
