Default SRT8 Land Yacht vs 350z & Vortech Charged Mustang - VIDEO

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grC9LI0ixBw

    LT1UltraZ - 2006 SRT8 Land Yacht - Factory Bone Stock

    350ZFTW - 350z, Intake + Exhaust + ???? - Loud as fu.ck

2000-2004ish Vortech Super Charged Mustang GT + Complimenting bolt ons

Mustang appears to have came around the jeep at 90mph or so - Debatable finish line.. there was no money on it so no one was at the finish line to check

    Jeep beats the 350z 3-0

Those srt Jeeps are BEASTLY. At least Chrysler didn't completely trash Jeep. Definitely needs to be a srt Wrangler to get rid of that pu55y motor they replaced the 4.0 with.

That 350 is 350zFTW... he drives just fine. In his defense the road wasn't hooking all that great that night.

"hung with the jeep pretty well"

Its a ****ing Land Ship. It's a carnival cruise ship with wheels against a Japanese sports car that used to be the fastest thing Nissan offered.

350zFTW should be trapping about 3-4 mph higher than the Jeep.

Stock for stock there's no way a 350z could hang with an srt-8 GC. Awd and way more power adds up regardless of how heavy it is.

jason, what happened on that first run? sucks it went bad because that seem'd to be your best launch... or maybe it was the jeep's worst launch...

I think it was the Jeeps worst launch. you can see Lt1ultraz try and stall it up too high, and it starts to move, so he backs off the gas and then gets back in it.

I was about to ask what happened on that first run besides that you looked fine.

What do you have done that exhaust sounds nice I couldn't put my finger on what kind it is tho.

I will give credit where it's due the Grand Cherokee srt-8 is a beast even for how heavy it is

I think theres a few little things you could do to improve your driving, but nothing major. Shifts were decently quick and clean.

I just don't understand why you'd stay in throttle has hard as yoù were hitting the rev limiter like that 350zFTW. There's a ton of ways to get traction launching on a dirty road. I mean if its as horrible as you said, why race on a road that bad? Idk bout ýou but I've done a bit of sandy road launches on backroads and I've had a problem or two here and there. Nobodys perfect but if yóur going to race with a setup like yours then ýou need more practice. That's a ~22k car and you can't show me or anyone a reason (performance wise) a fair idea of why anyone should own a 350z.

yeah but in his defense your comparing a car that was built with the idea of a track in mind, not a drag strip vs. a car that has a **** ton of power, doesnt really weigh ALL that much(compared to most SUV's) with a sturdy AWD drivetrain!

Im guessing he was trying to power shift to 2nd gear, missed it and stayed on the gas pedal.
