I've installed more turbo kits, exhaust, electronics, fuel systems, intake manifolds, fuel pumps, and changed more oil etc... then you ever have.11s

I have some occasional back pain that a Aleve can fix, but who doesn't have some back pain. I had back pain when I was 20 yrs old working on cars.
I installed the direct port nitrous system in my car, I change my oil when I feel like it, and I mess around under the hood all the time so I don't know where you get your info from unless its from what I said in "2006".

Also, It's not my fault UPS pays you $18 an hour to sling boxes around and you can't afford to pay somebody else to work on your car. Maybe if you could afford to pay somebody else, that 700+whp **** box would actually run faster than an 11 sec 1/4.

wow yall have no respect for an LT1 running 11's? thats pretty damn impressive to me. the LT platform is one of the hardest to play with cause they are turds. 500 AWHP vs 700RWHP seems kinda unfair. hes gonna spin and your gonna squat and go. granted i havent been around very long but u made like 30 call outs in the past week. are you trying to prove your e-****?

LT1ULTRAZ gave you his reason and said after a tune he would play but you keep egging it on like he didnt answer you. dont play the 4cyl ****. you know your car is just as capable as his. what all did you have to do to that evo to get in in the 11's. hell an ls1 with a lid and 250 shot will run 11's all day on stock internals, stock rear end, and drag radials.
well you would need a full exhaust to, or the car would be choking for air, but with that, it could see 10s

Almost all of my callouts are friends I have already raced against. You should do some research before you post.
I was building my car to eventually run 9's so I bought the parts I needed to go 9's. My goal was never to hit 11's in the long run so there was no point in buying cheap unreliable parts.
Unlike Domestics, EMS's for imports like the AEM EMS cost $2,400 so there is no "cheap" route to go about running 9's.
You can go 11's in an Evo with about $2,000-$2,500 invested if 11's is your goal and trying to do it on a budget. For someone on a budget build it is very possible to run mid to high 11's for cheap. I'm not on a budget.
Someone went 9.9 with the stock block, but I just don't see the point in risking a catastrophic failure when I have the money to fully build a reliable motor.
