20-30whp is a better estimate at the absolute greatest. But his close to 1000lb weight deficit should make it more fair. The two cars trap the same and run the same times stock if driven right..

They must be more overrated because U.S spec M3's are rated at 240 and put down 205-225 stock. I figured they'd put down similar hp numbers..atleast over 200

they make 238hp at the crank, so im guessing about 205-210ish to the wheels.

s2's put down around 200-205 to the wheels, between the g35 depends on the driver. I have a buddy with a g and I take him. I also have a friend that had an sti that was totaled and then he got an evo VIII. When we raced it was always dead even from whatever mile per hour other than a dig. From a dig he pulls me around a car to a car and a half, plus the s2 has a weak differential so I try not to go from a dig. Actual time attack events FTW G could never touch the S.

I wanna see what your s2k can do on the highway. I wont go from a dig though, I cant launch it. Wrx's have weak tranny's, the only thing your boy with the STI needs to worry about breaking is axles, their tranny is damn near unbreakable.
