150 isn't insanely high. If it were 170 or so, then it would be a little much.

150 gives enough time to distinguish a winner/loser.

i barely grip on low boost @ 365-380 hp before 60mph in second gear on drag radials

it all depends on the setup (turbo, suspension, weather, power band, displacement)

What is your definition of "high HP"? I could barely hook at 500fwhp in my Integra w/ Azenis RT-615s. At 630whp it was spinning until 90+ mph.

Those that commented about going 150 should just no respond as the run does not involve you. Not really sure why comments are made regarding this when this 1) is the kills forum 2) there are more than a handful of other threads with runs going to @150; why are you bitching here.

FWD and DR's from a roll is whatever to me really. I know Chad runs DR's normally, I believe, so therefore I made that remark. This will eliminate of not hooking when he brake boosts the car @50mph.

I've had the Evo up to 165 mph with more room to go, but if you can't figure it out by 130mph then something is wrong.

150mph is hauling ass and dangerous, but like Marshall said, it ain't me racing so it don't involve me.

cam shaft position sensor started fuckin up today, couldnt go over 2.3k RPM's. hopefully i can get it fixed by this weekend, ill keep ya updated.

Same here and FINALLY my clutch went the fuck out lol. Like before it would slip a lil then grab and i can still floor it then last night i gunned it in 6th gear then it shot up to 8k lol and now i cant even come out of vacume

im impressed ur clutch has lasted this long, most evo owners fry their clutch with a stock car within 3 months. u should buy a carbonics clutch from me josh =]

Yup i guess its just how u drive it. Ill pass on the carbonetics too expensive, ima go with the act and try to find a 5 speed so i can swap it in
