    Talking *Video* - ct9a (lancer) vs bmoorez28 (c5z06)

    Its been awhile since I've come out... bmoorez28 was kind enough to provide some good entertainment while out. Very stout and quick z06... very fun time too. I'll let the video do the talking.

    1440 x 1080i w/ 5.1 Surround Sound (70.2 megs)

    1280 x 720p w/ 5.1 Surround Sound (52.2 megs)

    640 x 480 w/ 5.1 Surround Sound (26.0 megs)

    I'm assuming 99% of the metro-atlanta population is using some sort of broadband service so don't complain 'bout the file sizes... ^_^

    This is my 1st time trying to edit AVCHD w/ 5.1 surround footage... as you can see, I'm still a newbie because I haven't figured out how to bring out color, gamma, and brightness from dark footage without sacrificing picture quality and creating noise/distortion (all that semi-static you see). I'll eventually learn, I suppose.

    btw, let me know if anyone has any codec issues (problems viewing the video)... I rendered the final videos using WMV 9.0 codec and originally started with the AVCHD codec... meaning any updated Windows XP and up OS shouldn't have a problem viewing it.

    I will, just gimme time. Unlike editing footage from standard camcorders, editing AVCHD footage requires multiple steps and forever to render... and I just started using a NLE, Sony Vegas.

    Yea It Deffinately Looks like The Vette has the Stronger Top End But I wanna Know from Charles what Psi he was Running...Cuz I highly doubt He's been Not coming Out to the meets Due to Downgrading...I've seen Him Alot faster And This vette In particular Barely pulled a 315whp Turbo Hatch on the highway.. ANyways Just would Like some Clarification From the Evo Driver Pleeze.

    Are you comparing the aerodynamics of a Z06 to a Civic hatch? Completely different engineered vehicles with different things in mind when rolling out of the manufacturing plant.

    Again, I don't know the circumstances. The Z06 won, right? Maybe that hatch is super duper fast and should run Charles. Since the Z06 barely pulled Charles in some runs and the Z06 barely pulled the turbo hatch.

    Is this the guy that you assumed was me at BP? lol

    Because I dont think Charles was running at his full potential (which STILL has not been confirmed) But Yea thas WHo I thought was U... Oh well.. I guess when U know how to hustle Money comes easy.

    I'm about 99% sure Charles wasn't at his full potential in this video, considering this Vette makes about 100rwhp less than the vette he ran whenever his old setup was maxed out; guessing of course on the vette's mods.

    Hell, the video states he's at moderate boost.

    well ill try to clear this up a bit since charles doesnt like posting alot about his car. when i ran charles he was at 27 psi and was also spraying. i dont know what shot. i was spraying a 100 shot. i saw the data log after the race and he even showed me him running at 27psi. it was a good run. like i said the cars are pretty much even. both cars were not at full potential.
