Im pretty sure the speed6 was my friend. Do you remember a magnaflow sticker on the rear glass? His version of the story was that he 'killed' a rsx. I asked if it was the type s, to which he replied 'oh yeah'. He is known to exaggerate so I am not suprised. However, he has run a 13.9...what has your base RSX ran?

Actually I will be at commerce tonight roll on down there and line it up I will show you how slow mine is :yes:

Mazda6 do come with allmost all the option ,as the mazdaspeed 6...

Most turbo cars, from factory are slow.Evo,sti,mazdaspeed6,srt-4,etc ,on the highway are not that fast.....But if you were to change the turbo,like a gt35 on any of those cars,you will see a big improvement..

All stock Turbo cars are slow bro. Ask Chad on his SRT 4 at import show down an MS6 blew him away at the track now he is not on stock boost anymore it may not happen again.

Your car is slow stock.... come on bro that is why you mod.

haha.. no shit man... of course i know that a car is slow on stock turbo. BUT nobody in this thread was saying that it was slow cause of its turbo... i know my car is slow cause of the turbo...

but look acouple mods and you're quick. you have what a cat-back! thats acouple hp/tq right there. i got my WRX back if you wanna meet up to see whats the diffrence between your car and mines lets meet up someday during the week. you down? ;)

DEE DEE DEE NO shit man! every mother fucker on here knows that! :most of the cars that come stock with a turbo are slow, due to its size. but like like some other cars(300zx tt, Evos, Supras, ect) have potential.... cause of there turbo size.

and lets see..... like other cars lets say a WRX that comes with a small td04.. its really hard to gain hp due to its size.... come on dude if you're gonna post something atleast let it be smart.

i have a stock wrx if u want 2 run it with ur mazdaspeed 6 we could do it dis week on a saturday if ur not scared.... n i aint tryin 2 do be mean but am slow 2

Now in no way have I said my car is the fastest fuckin thing on the road lets not get that twisted all I said was there is no way the stock ass RSX can beat a MS6.
Me I'm not one to talk shit about racing and crap. I bought my car to have fun and a play toy to mod plus I loved a boosted car don't care if it's a DUb, EVO, Audi, MSP boosted cars are fun. Me I could give a flying rats ass who has the fastest because when it comes down to it there is ALWAYS someone faster with a LOOOONGER checkbook.

I think that was me in the White MS6 against the Black SRT-4. If so we ran back to back and I beat him. With his new setup and better tires, I couldn't hang with his car now. BUT!! I'm in the process of upgrading my Turbo/IC/ECU etc....

Now as for the RSX-S. I raced those when I had a V6 Mazda6 (MTX) And I ran right next to them with no problem.:goodjob: The best I got out of the V6 model was a 14.8 1/4. I raced a few with my MS6 and its not even a race. Here are my MS6 1/4 times. I'm sure ppl know who I am. I go to the http://importshowdown.com/ and http://www.southeasttrackday.com/ events. Yes we know the MS6 isn't the fastest 4door car out there but its not the slowest.

Here are my times from the last southeast track day event.

My best run: at 2:35pm

My Other runs

1) 11:22am - 13.900 @ 97.40MPH
2) 11.42am - 14.144 @ 96.42 MPH Which I lost against that rematch IS350-> ([email protected]) :tongue1:
3) 11.55am - 14.272 @ 96.31 MPH
4) 1:17pm - 14.033 @ 97.71 MPH
5) 2:35pm - 13.746 @ 98.88 MPH
6) 2:47pm - 13.786 @ 98.63 MPH

MS6 are those times from when you were stock? PS: would you be down to do some runs with an 06 WRX... before i got my WRX i did look at the new MS6... but it was way more than my Subaru.

Im sure if we do run it'll be some pretty damn close ones.

I only have a CAI and a BOV. But I ran the same times in stock form. Until I get some tuning the CAI really doesn't do squat IMO.

And yeah I'm always up for a race. Win or lose I just like to race.
