    lol nah 1/8 is for pussies..I want a serious full 1/4 mile race seing as how last time i went to the track my truck was fucked up..I wanna get an idea of what i wil run next time i go..If u want we could put up like 20 bucks on the race..Im broke so i dont do all that 100 200 bullshit..Hit me up alex

    Ive been thinking about getting another lightning for a daily driver. Im concerned that If I have 2 trucks ill be considered a redneck though Who knows.
    Did you get your tranny-shifting issue worked out? I used to hate when mine would hunt between gears on the upshift. I wonder what the solution is.

    lol..Chris i actually ended up getting the whole tranny replaced from ford under warrantee..i had NO second gear and third was gettin there..i wish i could have takin pics of al the peices of metal they got out of there..But i Know i will run very different when i go to the track

    Cool... Mine had problems when it was brand-new, and it felt like a computer issue to me. I lost more than one race because it wouldnt shift right. Other than that, it was a fun vehicle to drive. The 10 MPG around town (13 highway) was a bit painful though...

    Yea i thought it was a computer thing at first too after we first spoke about it but it runs perfect now that i replaced that tranny..Man Gas sucks in that shit..Thas why im gonna make sure to LEAVE alex's ass when i go down there to make up for all the gas usage on the way down there..lol..Now i need to just make more power cuz my 4th gear is By far my weakest gear..     Can't do it tonight. Pulled the front off the car this afternoon to do some much needed body work and paint. Hopefully will finish tomorrow.

    You will need a little more before we run. Shouldn't be close unless you shoot a good bit more nitrous.

    You never know unles you actually race. If it was all dyno numbers, why would they run races on Sunday? The weaker car can win ... if the driver makes up for it, or something happens.
