    I was wondering if it was a free program and where to download it from? I need it for my work .

    Outlook is generally part of the Office suite and isn't free without office or a ms exchange license.

    There is a free version called outlook express that comes with windows XP though.

    Huh ? If you need it for work, why do you need it ?

    They can give you direct access w/ a server address ?

    Julio is right. Just call to IT Engineer of your office.He will definitely solve your problem.
