    Default Blocking websites

Is there a program or a way to block certain websites other than editing the hosts file in the Windows directory? Having some issues with a co-worker and need to lock his little ass down LOL If its a program and needs to be downloaded thats fine with me...just as long as it wont mess with the virus software we have. Thanks in advance!
