    Default Graphic Card Dead?

I got a new system and started it up. Well no image on the screen. Maybe I plugged it in wrong, nothing. So now Im guessing it's probably the graphic card but is there any way to fix it

Does it show your bios POST screen at all? Also, what are the indicator lights on the front panel doing? It could be numerous things from vid card, ram, mobo, power supply etc. Infact, ive never replaced a video card for a no-image situation, its normally always a distorted view with horizontal or vertical garbage lines.

    plug in the internal speaker.

    check the beep code

does the rest of your system sound like its starting up?

    like the HD spinning up?
