So as usual we lose some workers the crappy company I work for wont hire anyone so I get mac support added to my already slammed schedule. I have been on the windows side for a while and have not touched a mac in over a decade.

Can you guys/gals point me in the right direction for supporting mac's especially in an enterprise environment. Not really looking to learn how to use it (I should be able to poke around and get a feel) but rather fixing them...networking, authentication, application errors, system errors, what all the weird things that a mac does mean, shaking the login screen, the bomb, etc...something complete.

Books
reference materials
support/forum websites
Internal support documents would be great as they usually spell it right out and step you right through...Dont forget to pull confidential company info out.
