    Default 2005 wrx sti 17,500

I have my 2005 Silver STI with 102,000 miles up for sale. It was recently tuned by Topspeed Motorsports and is making 295 hp 330 ft/lb of torque. It is a conservative/reliable tune due to being my daily drive but she still makes plenty of power. Car has been meticulously maintained. Tires still at 8/32 tread life. I drive 5 miles to work a day, no chance for this car to be abused. I work at a dealership so all work was performed professionally. It was not done by a mom and pop shop. Not a northern car so no rust!! All parts for work have been purchased from Subaru of Kennesaw. Has not been abused, you can tell by the way she drives.
list of all work/modifications on the car:

Replaced all hoses (fuel and vacuum) under the intake manifold. Smoke tested, no boost leaks.
Intake mainfold gaskets done along with hoses.
    Fresh NGK spark plugs
All fluids were changed at 100k including oil at every 3k with pennzoil synthetic.

I'm asking 17500 o.b.o. for this car which is fair market value with nada and black book values considered. I am not accepting any trade offers. I am wanting to sell this car so I can pursue some other interests. Warren Allen
