need a welder

i need a welder around the duluth area. i need someone to bore a bigger hole into a spark plug non-fouler i went around a bit to look for a place but they either dont have a device to hold such a small thing or something like that anyways if there is a place i can get this job done please let me know. btw i need to make the hole to be around 1/2"

Just get a drill with 1/2 inch drill bit...
