Default anyone know a good shop to take my b18c5 swapped crx to?

QUESTION ONE:how much should i expect a changing of the timing and alternator belt to cost if i
took it to a professional place? (dealer, or any other shops- MAKE SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!)

i drove my 88 hf for like 27 hours straight and now its like making funky noises.
whenever i turn right, i think the wheel rubs against the wheel well when it's never
done that before... its an ugly vibration feel and sound.

QUESTION TWO:is it a suspension problem or something? i noticed the car looks ALOT lower then from when i began.

    (b18c5 crx with koni adjustables)

and toward the end of the trip, my car started doing some wack junk. the radio starting
turning off and on and off and on and so on, and then my battery light came on.

i thought it was just a loose connection so i kept driving muttering to myself about how
ill have to tighten up some junk. and then i started playing with the other gadgets in
the car like the windshield wipers (which worked fine) and then i went to the headlights.

now when i turned on the headlights, my car stuttered.

there was a definate loss in power and then it went back to where it was.

i was like wtf so i tried the headlight thing again and the car just rolled to a stop.

a guy said it was my alt. belt and timing belt and when he checked, the alternator belt
wasnt even on. he put it back on and jumped my battery off and that was the end of the story.

there is still a loss in power and it feels wrong when i drive it.

QUESTION THREE:whats up with the alternator and belt? should i get them replaced?

and how much would all of this cost?
    thanks!
    oh snap.
