    Just for my 2 cent but this area is gonna be very nice in about 2 years tops they have alot of development around this area... this is a great investment... I was looking in this area....

    Ya I'm kinda pissed that I have to leave now. There is a lot of redevelopment going on and they are going to widen Howell Mill soon for the Walmart. I've thought about renting it out, but being an absentee land lord is tough and I'll need the money to buy something in LA.
