I skated for about 2 years before i went to a skate park. Basically the middle of my freshman year until the beginning of my junior. It was just around then that i introduced my head to the pavement trying to learn vert on the smallest ramp they had.

After that i just skated on and off, but really haven't skated since highschool ended. I find that theres just more worthwhile shit to spend my money on and fuck my body up with.

exaclty my story yo lol. except i need a new nut to hold on my wheel (it has no threads left on it) if i can get one by the time we do this i'll definetley be there. i think it be cool to finally meet some of the IA peeps and get reintroduced to my skating addiction. btw, what day are we lookin at here?

Progressive is a really nice park... I used to own Frontside Skatepark in Marietta/Kennesaw if any of you had heard of that one... Progressive basically put us out of business last year.

damn that sucks . the closest skatepark to me is 30-40 min away. wish i had one closer

yeah it's alright... I mean, I'm okay at skateboarding, but the park didn't make much money anyway. To be quite honest, I'm surprised that any park without corporate backing (like ESPN's X-Games park) can stay open for more than three years and still make a decent amount of money.

it's alright... now I own an emissions station off Jimmy Carter Blvd, and I make a lot more money and do less work. so I came out on top, I guess.

So when is this meet, anyway? I might come out... but I haven't skated since I closed Frontside.
