Brand new battery on the way, should be here tuesday or wednesday (21st-22nd). When I stopped using it about a year ago, the battery would barely make it a day before the dreaded beep.

It have the usual pocket wear on the bottom and a very light scratch on the keypad (was there when I got it). Works great, bought a new phone a while back and hid this one in a drawer until a few days ago.

Comes with Ear Bud, Wall Charger (euro style with an adapter), and Data Cable (software on a cd-r).

Knew I forgot to add something to the original post.

So to answer that, this is for GSM networks only. T-Mobile and Cingular or any where else across the planet pretty much. No Sprint or Verizon, sorry.
