My buddy mentioned this too me a couple of weeks ago, but he didn't have any info on them. So looking through Modified Magazine, I came across their website.

Is it? Now I'm not going to get one to be in a drift competition. I'm just a toy collector( I have about 60 Generation 1 Transformers.lol ; ) ), so I'm okay with actually purchasing one of these little cars.lol

The highest one ( Supra Model) of course goes for $60. You know someone that does this? Also what is expensive? I saw you can, lol " modify" the car with rims, tires, & suspension. lol....Vegeta

It only gets exspensive if you want all the good stuff and use it a lot. Stuff breaks he more you play with it. Also, racing makes the hobby very much more exspensive, since you are always having to buy the good parts to be near the front, and stuff is always breaking. I used to race at a grassroots level when I was a kid, and it was hard to get my parents to keep my set-up going.


Some guys spend an excess of $10,000 to set-up and race on a local level, and probably spend another $2,000-$5,000 a year to keep racing. Others may only spend $1,500 to set-up, and another $500-$1,000 to race a season just to get out there and have some fun.

Buncha badass batteries, a brushless setup that i havent installed yet
Take the diffs out, put some glue in em, they are locked.
Drift with ABS Pipe cut to fit on the wheels. and your gtg

Can get it, that is the key phrase lol. A part breaks on saturday you are screwed for a week if your lucky. Atleast that is how it is around here.

Fuck all that man. Nitro is the way to go. Although way way way more costly but a hell of a lotta fun. I had a couple back in the day. I had a Mugen MBX-4. bought the buggy as a rolling chassie for 600. Then dumped over 1200 on top of that. Then I got an HPI rs-4 for my lil nitro car. Man just talking about them makes me want to get back into it. But I have enough on my hands with my POS car.
