I am having a problem replying to my PM's. I've been sending PM's back and forth since I signed up, but not It says that I'm not allowed to post mutliple times w/in 60 seconds.

My box only has 31 messages in it total of the 150 allowed. So it isn't full.

And I haven't posted in a while.Also, I've logged out, logged back in. Cleared Cookies, And even switched Computer's. Still having the problem.

Any help?
