Na, i was up there 2 sat. ago and i picked one up on the detector but he had pulled a damn pickup truck over and then there was one sitting just below him in front of desoto falls shootin radar.

This is why I stay away from the "normal" routes. I scouted-out some prime roads that are away from 180/75/129 areas I literally dont think Ive ever seen a cop out there...its awesome.

I agree but have personally ever been on a drag strip..the 18th will be my first. I've been playing in the twisties since i was 15, which puts me with 16 yrs experience...i'm not a straight liner i'm a curve carver..i'll p.m. you when i have a chance to go again

Intrestingly enough, like you, i have only been to a drag strip once... never going back. Been spending the rest of my driving years drifting and mountain driving.

actually mike wrong again, my main concern is working on my car, upgrading it, improving it, etc. so yeah i'm not to quick to throw her on a mountain when we've put as much time , effort, and heart into her. to me working on the car is where all the fun is, i'm not going to take many chances, and no offense you guys, but if you don't understand why i'm not ready to take a chance of having my car wrecked, or for that matter impounded for wreckless indangerment, you haven't put as much of yourself into your car that me and johnny have (not money wise, but work and passion wise). now if there's ever a track meet with a course set up or something like that, i will let it all out and be more than happy to time trial race.

Nope, not wrong. Just stating that you are into drag, which is fine. You have modded your car for that purpose and theres nothing wrong with that, just as i have set up mine for handling more then anything. Now if you were like some poeple i have run into, and were all saying that you could run twisties on your dragracing suspension, i would laugh at you (not making any examples of people here, just people i have talked to when being out and about). Example.. i was talking to someone who was wanting to run me in the turns..then promptly told me they had Nitto drag radials so they should be able to keep up But you, Beth, are not doing that....i have my place in motorsports and you have yours
